Please note that due to the nature of EXSL products, all sales are final and nonreturnable.
There is no cancellation after 24 hours once an order has been placed.
In the very unlikely event that you receive a faulty product, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your item directly via email on email@example.com.
We are unable to accept any exchanges or faulty item on soiled or unclean garments for hygienic purposes, we strongly recommend trying items over underwear.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item using a traceable shipping method. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
