Please note that due to the nature of made-to-order EXSL products, all sales are final and nonreturnable.

II.

There is no cancellation after 24 hours once a processing fee of 10% of the value of the cancelled order will be charged to cover banking and administration fees. Alternatively a voucher for the full order value can be requested to be used for any available products.

III.

In the very unlikely event that you receive a faulty product, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your item directly via email on want@ex-sl.com.

IV.

We are unable to accept any exchanges or faulty item on soiled or unclean garments for hygienic purposes, we strongly recommend trying items over underwear. 

V.

Customers will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning your item using a traceable shipping method. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

VI.

Returns are at the discretion of EXSL. Vouchers to the same value will be issued in such instances.
